Calm Little Minds: SEL For All
SEL for All is a whole-school social and emotional learning (SEL) program for primary schools, built around the 5 CASEL competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
Designed to be simple to implement and realistic for busy school schedules, SEL for All provides weekly 20-minute lessons across the year supporting pupils’ wellbeing while saving teachers time with everything prepared.

Grade 1: Feelings Friends
A gentle, structured introduction to recognising feelings, naming emotions, and building early friendship skills.
Grade 2: Feelings Explorers
Strengthens emotional vocabulary and self-management strategies through practical, age-appropriate activities.
Grade 3: Feelings Navigators
Develops self-awareness, social awareness, and relationship skills with clear routines and reflection.

SEL for All is created by Dina Dimitriou, a psychologist and educator with 15+ years of experience working with children, families, and schools. The programme is designed to be supportive, realistic for classrooms, and grounded in what schools need day to day.
