Maybe this is you

You've imagined this before, even if you never said it out loud.

"

To watch a child who could never explain his anger finally say, "I feel frustrated," instead of shutting down or lashing out.

"

To be the reason a classroom of eight year olds learns that every feeling they have is allowed, and that they aren't alone in having it.

"

To build something that is entirely yours, work that fits into your life instead of competing with it.

"

To stand in a room, whether it holds three children or thirty, and know without doubt that you are exactly where you're meant to be.

"

To look back in five years and see a version of yourself who finally stopped waiting for the right moment to begin.

If any of that sounds like a life you've been quietly imagining, this was built for you.

Let's be honest

You probably have a few doubts. That's normal, and it doesn't disqualify you.

"I'm not a therapist."
"I've never run a workshop or a group before."
"I don't have a psychology degree or a teaching certificate."
"I don't know the first thing about starting something of my own."

None of that is a reason to stay on the sidelines. This certification was built so that none of it needs to be true before you start.

You don't need a clinical background. What you need is the willingness to show up for children and families, and a training that has already turned fifteen years of clinical, hands on experience into something anyone can learn and deliver with real confidence.

By the time you finish the twenty modules, you won't be guessing your way through a session. You'll be working from a complete, tested programme, built by a psychologist so you don't have to figure any of it out alone.

Some children grow up with someone who helps them understand their feelings. Many don't.

It usually comes down to where a child was born, or which school they happen to attend. Calm Little Minds exists to close that gap, and every facilitator who joins closes it a little further. This isn't only about the children you'll work with directly. It's about everyone their lives will touch afterward.

Why this matters more than it looks like at first

One person. A ripple that doesn't stop where you can see it.

This is the whole philosophy behind The Calm Generation. You don't have to reach every child in the world. You only have to change the world around you, and let it move outward from there.

You

You, trained and ready

You complete the certification and start working with your first child or family.

A child learns to name what they feel

They carry that skill into every relationship they have, starting today.

A classroom shifts

Other children notice, and a teacher who was stretched thin gets real support.

A school takes notice

What worked for one group becomes something the whole school wants.

A generation grows up differently

Children who learned to understand their feelings raise children who do the same.

What this becomes for you

This isn't only about what you'll give. It's also about who you'll become.

A purpose that doesn't need permission

You stop waiting for someone else to decide you're ready, because you'll already have everything you need.

Real skill, not guesswork

Every session you run is built on fifteen years of clinical grounding, not something you're improvising as you go.

Work that fits your life

Run one group a month or five. This was designed to bend around you, not the other way around.

Confidence that comes from readiness

You'll walk into your first session having already worked through the same material, in the same order, that every part of this training was built to prepare you for.

Something entirely your own

You decide who you work with, how often, and what you charge. Nobody else's name is on the door.

A model for the children in your own life

Your own children, or the children you love, get to watch you build something meaningful with your own hands.

Still reading? That's usually a sign you already know this is for you.

Your Facilitator Certification, today

How you can actually earn from this

There isn't only one way to build income from this certification.

Most facilitators end up combining more than one of these, depending on their community and how much time they want to give it.

Run paid groups for children, teens, or parents

Use any journal in the library to run small, paid groups from your own home, a rented room, or a community space, charging per child for a full term or a set number of weeks.

For example: You run a six week "Understanding Anger" group for eight children using Emotion Explorers, meeting once a week after school. Parents pay for the full six weeks up front.

Bring SEL For All into local schools

Many schools want to offer social-emotional learning but don't have a ready made programme in place. You can be the one who brings it to them. Their own teachers deliver each lesson using the teacher's guide already written for their grade level. Your role is to build the relationship with the school and become their ongoing supplier of the programme.

For example: You introduce a local primary school to SEL For All. Once they're on board, their teachers lead each lesson from Grade 1 through Grade 5 using their own guides, and you earn from supplying and printing the workbooks the school needs every year.

Print and sell the journals directly

Every journal is yours to print and sell, at whatever markup makes sense for your market, with nothing owed back to Calm Little Minds. You can sell to schools, community groups, or straight to parents.

For example: You print copies of You Are Enough for a group at a local youth club, or supply The Calm Kids' Journal to a school's wellbeing department. You also set up a small table at your neighbourhood weekend market, selling printed journals directly to parents browsing with their children. Everything above your printing cost is yours.

Bring wellbeing sessions into workplaces

Certification includes the right to run sessions in corporate and community settings too, not only schools. Companies increasingly look for ways to support working parents, and a short session on children's emotional development is a natural fit.

For example: A local company invites you to run a lunchtime session for their parent employees on helping children manage back to school anxiety, paid as a one off engagement.

None of this is a promise of exactly what you'll earn. It's an honest picture of the different directions this certification can take you, and you're free to combine as many of them as suit your life.

The path to certification

Five parts, twenty modules, at your own pace.

The training was built to be worked through in order, but it's yours the moment you enrol, so you can move as quickly or as slowly as your life allows.

Part One
Modules 1–4

Becoming a Facilitator

The foundations of social-emotional learning, the frameworks behind the programme, and what it actually means to hold this kind of space for children and families.

Part Two
Modules 5–9

Running SEL Groups

How to structure and lead sessions, using the journal collection as your core material, with children, teens, and parents.

Part Three
Modules 10–13

SEL For All in Schools

Bringing the five grade level school programme into a classroom or a whole school setting, and working alongside teachers to deliver it well.

Part Four
Modules 14–17

Growing Your Reach

How to find schools, families, and community partners who want this work, without needing a marketing background to do it.

Part Five
Modules 18–20

Building a Sustainable Practice

Setting up a way of working that fits your life, followed by a graduation module that marks you as a fully Certified Facilitator.

Picture it

What this could actually look like in your week.

Not a promise of exactly how it will go for you, just an honest picture of what's possible once you're certified.

Monday

You run your first after school session using the Primary Club programme, following a plan that's already written for you.

Wednesday

You meet with a local school about bringing the SEL For All curriculum into a classroom, using the teacher's guide you already have.

Friday

You print a stack of journals for a small parent group you're running from your own home, and keep every euro of what you charge.

Saturday

You set up a small stand at your local weekend market, selling printed journals directly to parents browsing with their children, turning a two hour morning into extra income and real conversations with your community.

Sunday

You watch your own children see you doing work that matters to you, on a schedule that still leaves room for them.

Why you can trust what's inside

This was built by a psychologist, not assembled from templates.

Fifteen years of clinical practice

Every journal and every module comes from direct, hands on experience working with children and families, not from research alone.

Grounded in real frameworks

The content draws on established therapeutic approaches, including CBT and emotional literacy work, translated into activities anyone can lead.

Already complete

All twenty modules, all ten journals, both after school clubs, and the full five grade school curriculum exist today. There is nothing still being built.

You'd be joining as part of the founding group of Certified Facilitators. This is a new certification, so there isn't yet a long list of facilitators to point to. What there is instead is a finished, tested body of clinical work you can look through in full before you decide, and the chance to help shape what this movement becomes from close to the beginning.

Is this for you

This was built for the woman who feels called to this, not for a particular résumé.

You've always been the one people come to when they need to talk

You want work that means something, not just work that pays

You're a mother who wants your children to watch you build something of your own

You've thought about this kind of work before and never known where to start

You want to bring this into your own community, wherever in the world that is

You're ready to stop waiting for someone to hand you permission

You do not need a psychology degree, a teaching certificate, or years of professional experience. You need to care about this work, and be willing to learn. The training does the rest.

Questions

Before you enrol

Do I need a background in psychology or teaching?

No. The training walks you through everything you need, including the foundations of SEL, before you're ever asked to lead a session.

I've never run a workshop or a group before. Is that a problem?

No. Part Two of the training is built specifically around how to structure and lead sessions, using the journal collection as your material, so you're never starting from a blank page.

How do I actually earn from this?

There are several routes in, from running paid groups to working directly with schools, printing and selling the journals, or bringing sessions into workplaces. The section above walks through each one with a real example, and most facilitators combine more than one.

Is there anything to pay after the certification fee?

No. The €1,899 is the only payment you'll ever make for this programme. There is no royalty, no per pupil fee, and no renewal cost.

Can I use this outside my home country?

Yes. The programme and its materials are designed to travel with you, whether you're running it in the country where it was built or bringing it into schools abroad.

How long do I have access to the materials?

For as long as Calm Little Minds exists. This is a one time purchase, not a membership you can lose access to.

What if I don't have much time to give this right now?

The training and every programme inside it are yours from the moment you enrol, with no schedule to keep up with. You can move through it around the time you actually have.

A child who learns what to do with a feeling carries that skill into every room they ever walk into.

This work is already built. It's just waiting for someone to carry it forward.

If you've been looking for a way to do something that matters, without having to build it all from nothing, this is that door.
